On November 7th, the residents of Minneapolis will be choosing a new Mayor, and Our Revolution is getting out the vote for Raymond Dehn.
Raymond Dehn is a state legislator who has consistently supported progressive issues, like universal preschool, fair scheduling for workers and preventing voter disenfranchisement. He has consistently stood up for the working class and for the rights of all, earning him a perfect legislative score from local unions and rights groups like Voices for Racial Justice.
Raymond Dehn is running for Mayor of Minneapolis on a platform of improving the economic situation of Minneapolis' people by implementing a $15 minimum wage and building affordable housing to meet demand. He would also work to establish a more accountable and equitable justice system by demilitarizing police, prioritizing de-escalation instead of force in police training, and developing rehabilitation-centric policies for working with people facing substance abuse and addiction issues.
